Appointments are available across all campuses. It is important that you book an appointment before arriving at the Health Service. If you turn up without an appointment you risk not being seen.

We offer “drop ins” at Treforest campus between 2pm – 3pm in H016 Monday–Friday during term time. These are not for medical advice, but to allow you to do any paperwork associated with registration or for help with booking appointments.

Ashgrove Surgery provide the GP Clinics on Campus. GP appointments are only for those students living in the Treforest area and who have completed the required registration documents. Appointments can be booked following a Nurse consultation; or via telephone on 01443 482081. These appointments are NOT available via Advice Zone online.
Confidentiality is obviously very important and is taken seriously by the Nursing team. Your medical records will remain confidential except in extreme circumstances. Details of the full policy are available on the Confidentiality page.

If you feel you have not received a good service from the Wellbeing Service (of which the Health Service is a part) you may wish to follow the complaints procedure.
