Who: Students and staff: try out for the first time, or be supported to maintain an ongoing meditation practice for wellbeing and stress resilience.
When: 1.05 p.m. to 1.45 p.m. Most term-time Fridays

MBCT, a well-researched means of optimising performance and promoting flourishing, is being used ever more widely within education and healthcare, and at the highest levels of government, business, and sport.
Engaging in an MBCT meditation practice can enhance physical and emotional well-being, improve resilience, focus and concentration, and enable us to live life to the full.
